Event Description

The Kentucky Agriculture Training School (KATS) is hosting a workshop on how soil properties impact water and nutrient delivery to plants. This hands-on workshop will be held on September 16 at EKU's Meadowbrook Farm in Richmond.  

UK soil specialists will examine three soil pits with different profile properties to discuss how they will influence water and nutrient retention and delivery.

CCA Credits: 5.5 CEUs (4.5 S/W, and 1 NM)

Refreshments and lunch are included.
